  I want to start with saying the dentist and dental assistant are absolutely fantastic! I have only great things to say about their outstanding service I've had with them! But I've had problems with the receptionist every time I've dealt with them. I will continue to visit this dentist office only because the dentist and the dental assistant did fantastic work, the best than I've ever had and I feel 100% taken care of when it comes to them. But on the other hand the receptionist I feel are lacking in professionalism and just aren't doing their jobs. The first time I called to book in I was asking for cleaning and checkup and the receptionist caught me off mid-sentence and said oh yes of course we have you in for both. When I went in for my appointment sure enough I was only booked in for the cleaning. The second time I had called to ask how much I would be paying for my apt after insurance have covered their portion and I was given a total of what I would be charged, but afterwards I ended up paying a lot more than expected. I was disappointed only becuase if I was given the right total I would of been more prepared. The third thing was when the dental assistant had brought me to a front counter after my appointment she had told the receptionist that I needed to be booked in again. After I had finished paying more than I had expected because I was given the wrong total by the receptionist she never tried to book me for my next appointment and yeah sure I could have reminded her but I was kind of upset about that misinforming me about the cost so I just left. The receptionist also said that she had sent a referral for me to get my wisdom teeth out and that I would be contacted. I STILL have yet to be contacted about the referral. And also when I had booked for the apt that I had been given the wrong estimate for, I had booked it for 1 o'clock but they sent me a text saying my apt was at 10:30 instead so I called to confirm the time and luckily I was able to make it for 10:30. That's 6 mistakes in 2 appointments I've had there. Frustrating for sure. But I have to say I completely trust this dentist. He fixed horrible work i had done by a dentist in Brooks and I am so thankful. He takes pride in his work and I am very pleased. The work of the dentist definitely out shines the poor service I've had from the receptionists so I will always use this dentist for all my work and will recommend him to anyone who wants to feel confident that the work he has done is everything you'd hoped and paid for!
